Atlantis Shuffle: “Good Game” Turns into “Good Game” + Rank Gain!

Our opponent Alejandro is playing a Reanimator style of deck, where he tries to get creatures into his graveyard, and bring them back by casting Kavaero/ Superior Spider-Man and copying Bringer of the Last Gift.

On Alejandro’s turn 4 he sent a “Good Game” right before he cast his Kavaero/ Superior Spider-Man.

Little did he realize that we had a Tidebinder and a MrGreen in hand, and that our Druneth/ Jackal was a 3/3.

As he cast his Kavaero and went to copy his Bringer, we cast our Tishana and switched off that threat. Our Druneth became a 4/4, becoming ready to copy our MrGreen as we cast him on our turn 4.

“Good Game” indeed!

Tidebinder is incredibly sneaky Magic Player, in the main, and getting to copy it into copying ouroboroid is living right material, atta Bryn – Jason Smitty Smith
